arthare That was fun! Note: the "est % FTP" numbers here in the results might be a bit off, I'm going to re-review the web display code.November 4 2014, 8:06pm
ajmbuckr Great idea for the FTP race, Art. It kept everything in a nice pack for quite a while!November 4 2014, 8:10pm
SLY the only chance I might have had to get a podium finish on Tuesday night and Windows PC update kidnaps my ride Tim WNovember 4 2014, 8:12pm
Roofrak_CT I liked that ....until I blew out my legs at the turn around point.November 4 2014, 8:14pm
    Roofrak_CT wondered what happened to youNovember 4 2014, 8:16pm
arthare Haha, yeah - One side effect is that everyone will have an incentive to push the red line - if one guy is having a good race and pushing the pack at 110% FTP, it means the whole front pack might go at an unsustainable pace.November 4 2014, 8:17pm
gwoity that was a good one. i can only image it will get better over the winter when everyones ftp gets averaged over time.November 4 2014, 8:31pm
Roofrak_CT I real rides I climb well I weigh 63 Kg so I tried to beat everyone at the climb at the turn around but I could not recover from that hard effortNovember 4 2014, 8:32pm
arthare Ok, I've done a bit of reviewing and added some explanatory stuff to the website for how people's FTPs are getting worked out. Click on a rider's name to get the downlow on why their FTP is calculated as what it isNovember 4 2014, 9:00pm
campy4life my start was a bummer ... stuck at 2 w/kg. wished i was able to mix it up with main group. the handicap kept pack together longer than usual, but it appears that those that can sustain the intensity longer prevailedNovember 4 2014, 9:13pm
campy4life Scheduled an FTP ride on Thursday ... hope y'all can joinNovember 4 2014, 9:15pm
Justin Rogers Good fun for sure but you gotta take the sprint lines out lol....They are like a red cape to a bull for us sprinters...Blow me sky high this time of year I cant recover fast enough to hange on hahah. Awesome ride!November 4 2014, 9:37pm
Justin Rogers Off topic- Art my uploaded jersey doesnt show on my rider/ Any idea why?November 4 2014, 9:41pm
arthare JR: The formatting on your jersey is close - basically, all the white space you see on it is what you're seeing in-game, since you've got lots of white where the game is expecting the front/back to be. I will do a quick fixNovember 4 2014, 9:55pm
arthare Ok, it should be fixed. Do a ctrl+refresh on your alias's page to see the fixed version. I just cropped out the blank white stuff.November 4 2014, 9:56pm
    Justin Rogers thxNovember 5 2014, 2:22pm
thomascfurman My start was a bummer too. Screen froze at 0.83 miles, timer updated periodically but couldn't track progress. Could have been my connection, but I started a 'ride alone' immediately after and it worked fine.November 5 2014, 6:59pm
    popstarron Any preference for next Tuesday....FTP or Normal?November 7 2014, 7:07am
popstarron Warning, Art juiced up the Savey's. They go for sprints.November 7 2014, 7:08am
gwoity i'm easy, enjoy and suffer on both of them!November 7 2014, 7:19am
thomascfurman I like the concept of a closer race. Make it FTP.November 7 2014, 7:20am
ajmbuckr I agree... The FTP race was a nice even competition. Plus, if people improve, it still keeps them in the pack over the long run. I'm looking forward to these new Savey's! Should add to the excitement!November 7 2014, 9:11am
