    MellowJohnny Popstarron- coach had me do 6 by 5k yesterday so I rode tonight on the speed cadence sensor. I have tested S/C vs Power and it guess you about 40-45W more then if you were rolling power. My weight is actually 73.8kg so I got a little more by only being at 70kg. I am rolling 500-550km a week right now which off Phil's numbers of 4.7W/kg is not possible for me right now.January 20 2015, 9:58pm

    MellowJohnny Stella I did 6 by 5K repeats 20 hours prior to this. I am 45 years old the body doesn't rebound that fast. The Speed Cadence feature makes the night a lot smoother. The 70kg was a error on input wanted to hit 80... anyhow its all relative to what happens when the show goes outdoors.January 21 2015, 2:10pm

    wheelzQC The first 30 I wanted to win... the last 30min I wanted the higher watts and wishing you guys would attack to force the watts up (without me noticing, TDG my best training tool). Chasing MattVon the first 30 pumped the numbers up. You always had to attack at the end of the lap hehe. That was the worst part to ride, too much turning for riding the rollers.     wheelzQC I was on a fixed tacx fortius last year and this year on the rollers. Never tried a controlled one, but with the fortius it gives me an idea. For sure I would like to have it controlled ! I mush prefer to have my power/inertia vary then a steady power. I still try to fill the hills, shift, and stand up. I know emotion rollers have a ant+ controller in beta testing (I registered to get one). My friend tried it in TDG last week and it worked (recognized it as a Wahoo). I'm supposed to go to a shop studio Saturday , with the team, filled with Wahoos. @Justin, did I answer your question (by the emotion getting recognized as a wahoo trainer).January 22 2015, 1:04pm

    MattVon I have noticed that it seems to be easier to trade pace with someone who also has a Kickr (what I have). The acceleration/deceleration physics seem to be significant when trying to match speeds. Too bad this isn't more popular to support device-centric events... January 22 2015, 3:37pm
    MellowJohnny Stella Phil asked me to ride but due to the workout Monday and my AM session Tuesday I knew rolling in TDG with guys like Rogers, Phil, Bryan Tyers, Matt Von etc... Would be a pretty stupid way to recover. I decided that it was possible do hang out and push the issue as Phil was looking to hit a high Power to weight number on the evening by rolling via the Speed/Cadence set up. The winning thing only matters outdoors as that is truly the only true environment for head to head bike racing. January 22 2015, 6:09pm
    wheelzQC I tried the Kickr saturday. It's a pretty smooth trainer. Their calibration was wayyyyyy off, but still had a good feel to the game. I see why you guys naturally push harder with the added tension. I'll hope that Emotion rollers ant+ will be smooth as well. @MattVon, the breakaway artist, will you join tonight ?     Justin Rogers KICKR is typically 20w higher than my Vectors. I'm on a bata app that has KICKr picking up my pedals, really cool. So I ride TDG at vector power, that kinda sucks heheJanuary 27 2015, 11:33am

Mine is about 5 watts higher than the quarq power meter, but I think that is expected between crank and rear wheel. I had a another unit that had a higher difference, but I replaced it.
